Quality
All our food injection needles are manufactured highest quality stainless steel to make them strong, flexible and stay sharp for longer. Thanks to the use of excellent quality titanium-enriched steel, our needles break less often and can be used much more extensively than other needles available on the market.
What strengthens our needles even more is the fact that we use silver soldering in areas where welding is not possible, for example underneath the head, where it connects the needle tube. Such soldering not only makes the needle stronger but also secures the connection to prevent the brine to enter area impossible to clean.
Bacterial protection and less clogging
We know how important the internal areas of needles are to maintain best yield, efficiency and proper cleaning. Highly electropolished surface of our products reduces the risk of clogging. By optimizing the internal construction of each meat injector needle we reduced the bacteria growth and increased the safety of your customers.
The smooth surface facilitates the flow of fluids and ensures easy cleaning of each needle. This guarantees uninterrupted use of the injector and minimizes the risk of stopping the processing line due to needles clogging.
What is more, all our needle tips are forged and not welded. Rolling the tube until it gets a round shape tip is stronger and much more effective as the tip and the tube are one piece. The use of forging instead of welding makes the needle less likely to break at the tip and stay in the product.
